The Inkey List Beta Hydroxy Acid

I received the product for review from Superpharm. Serum with salicylic acid 2% (the maximum percentage allowed for use). If you remember, a few months ago I posted about Inky's salicylic soap. So let's first remember what salicylic acid is:

Salicylic acid is an acid from the beta hydroxy family (BHA). It dissolves in oil, penetrates deep into the pores and cleans them, and helps to shed dead skin. Because of these properties of salicylic acid it is very effective in treating acne, cleaning oily skin and preventing blackheads or whiteheads.

It is effective at a very low percentage and in most countries 2% of salicylic acid is the maximum percentage that is allowed to be in the product.

Salicylic acid is effective both in the soap and in the leave-on product. Soap is a gentler way to use salicylic in the routine because soap washes off the face very quickly.

Inky's BHA serum also contains zinc which helps to balance the secretion of sebum (the sebum our skin produces) and fight the acne bacteria. In addition, it contains hyaluronic acid which helps in attracting moisture to the skin. fragrance-free, essential oils or alcohol.

Its texture is light, easily absorbed, non-silicone and generally very convenient to use.

My skin tends to be dry so I don't like to use preparations that contain salicylic regularly for the whole face.

I used this serum as a spot treatment for pimples and sometimes when I felt the need for pores on my nose, and it was great and did the job.

If your skin is oily and not sensitive, there is no problem using salicylic all over your face regularly, just listen to your skin and make sure you don't dry it too much.

I think the serum will be especially suitable for those with oily skin and those who tend to develop blackheads or whiteheads.

The brand is cruelty-free 🐰♥️
