SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Enrich Cream 50ml

Moisturizer from the SKIN1004 probiotic series, which I've been trying for the past month and a half. This whole series is designed to strengthen the skin barrier, and is intended for dry or sensitive skin.

It contains:

✅ Centella asiatica- first place on the list! A soothing ingredient, strengthens the skin barrier, reduces redness and is an antioxidant. In addition, the product contains fermented Centella asiatica, and the company's promise is that the fermented Centella acts like a vegan probiotic and contains antioxidants and ceramides.

✅ Glycerin and di-glycerin - to moisturize. Glycerin is found in almost every cosmetic product due to its effectiveness and safety.

✅ Niacinamide - a favorite and popular ingredient that can help with moisture, strengthening the skin barrier, acne, brightening, balancing sebum production, and P. I. E.

✅ Shea butter - softens, soothes, and is rich in antioxidants.

✅ Arginine - an amino acid that is found in our skin naturally, and can increase the moisture in the skin, calm it, and restore it.

✅ squalane- to moisturize.

✅ Adenosine - found in our skin naturally, and can strengthen the skin barrier, restore it and calm it down.

Macadamia nut oil - contains important fatty acids for the skin and is especially suitable for dry skin.

✅ Moringa oil - similar to macadamia nut oil, it also contains fatty acids and provides moisture to the skin.

✅ Ceramide and lipid - are found in the skin naturally and are responsible for a strong and healthy skin barrier.

✅ hyaluronic acid and glucose - to moisturize.

✅ Polyglutamic acid - it is said to be even more successful for moisture than hyaluronic acid.

✅ fragrance-free, drying alcohol or essential oils.

The list of ingredients is certainly long and impressive. It is so long that I ask myself which of the ingredients really do something and in a good percentage, and what is there just for marketing or to confuse.

The texture of the cream is relatively in the middle, not very light, not gel, but not creamy either. I used it in the evening at the end of my routine, as a night cream, and I felt that I needed a relatively large amount of it (my skin is dry).

I feel that despite the long list of ingredients at the end it's a pretty simple cream that doesn't do much, just moisturizes and strengthens the skin barrier (in a positive way. Sometimes that's all you need!). If you have dry or sensitive skin, you can enjoy it as a night cream, or even as a day cream in a thin layer.
