Purito SEOUL - Daily Soft Touch Sunscreen

I'm still not sure if it's exactly the same sunscreen as before with new packaging to which tests were added, or if small changes were made to the formula, but just to be sure - let's test it again 🙂

It is based on 3 new generation chemical filters and one hybrid, which provide high and stable protection from UVA and UVB.

The protection has been tested and approved in laboratories in Europe (there are documents on their website).

In addition to protection, it contains quite a few soothing, salinizing and antioxidant ingredients such as Centella asiatica, panthenol, 3 types of ceramides and glycerin. It also contains alpha bisabolol (yes, not the simplest name), which can soothe and restore the skin, as well as brighten and unify the skin tone. Does not contain fragrance, alcohol or essential oils.

In terms of texture, it is creamy, moisturizing and not heavy, not greasy at all, and leaves a natural finish.

What is especially special about this sunscreen is that it is water resistant! 💦 Which means that it can be suitable for sports activities when you sweat, to the sea-pool, and it is even specially tested for salt water.

This is the first Korean sunscreen I've tried that's water resistant (let's face it, Koreans aren't strong at that), and it's just perfect! Most waterproof sunscreens are super sticky, and this one is relatively not very sticky.

However, I'm not sure what the Korean regulations are for water resistance, compared to for example the Australian ones which I know are very strict, so personally I'm still not sure I'll trust it on a vacation full of sun and pool, but for sports and sweat it's totally my choice.

PURITO They tested it and proved that it also lasts for 10 hours, but! I think it's in ideal laboratory conditions where you don't sweat, don't touch your face, don't eat or drink, so I really wouldn't rely on this claim and continue to make sure to renew every 2-4 hours just to be safe.

All in all, this is an excellent sunscreen, I liked it and recommended it even before the packaging change, but I would take the strong statements about its long-term protection and water resistance with a limited guarantee.
