Pixi Hydrating Milky Peel

I received the product for review from Superpharm.

This is a mask that contains tiny and very fine grains that physically exfoliate and help shed dead skin.

I don't like physical exfoliation at all, for the reason that it is usually too aggressive for my face, can cause uneven exfoliation, worsen acne and leave scars, give quick results and long-term damage, and in general I think chemical exfoliation is better.

The pieces of this micro-peeling by Pixie are definitely very, very small and also of a size that can fit the skin of the face, the problem is that they do not melt in contact with water and are therefore still aggressive in my opinion. For the body it's perfectly fine, but for the face I think it's still a little too much.

It contains additional ingredients that are quite special and not particularly popular, among them:

* Cellulose - helps absorb the formula and reduces oiliness in the skin.

* Arginine - an amino acid that helps to moisturize and accelerate the rate of skin restoration.

* Allantoin - soothing, restorative.

* Bifida - the famous probiotic from Estee Lauder's serum. They claim that it protects the skin from sun damage and helps strengthen the skin barrier, but not much research has been done on the subject.

* Willow bark - soothing, anti-inflammatory.

* Garden Legume extract - a plant that grows in Korea and helps soothe irritated skin and infections, and is also an antioxidant.

* Kerorit extract - a plant grown in China, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

Contains fragrance low on the list.

Unfortunately for me, it was a little irritating and drying to the facial skin and I didn't see any change from it. Of course, like everything, this is individual and this is my experience.
