Neogen Toner

It turns out that this toner was really viral a few years ago, and for some reason I didn't even know about it 😂

I ordered it purely because of good ingredients, and it really justifies its good name.

It's a Korean moisturizing toner that's full of hydrating ingredients found naturally in our skin, fermented ingredients, and soothing ingredients, and more. Water is only in ninth place! Which means most toner is not made up of water.

✅ The first ingredient, even before water, is probiotic bifida - the famous ingredient in Estee Lauder's iconic "Night Repair" serum. Bifida can repair DNA from sun damage, and strengthens the skin barrier. However, the research behind the ingredient is not great and with a lot of interest from Estee Lauder, so it should be taken with a limited guarantee.

✅ In second place on the list, an extract that is produced from the fermentation of yeast. It is rich in minerals, amino acids, beta glucan, and can soothe the skin and increase moisture.

✅ Betula Alba juice - in third place on the list, an extract extracted from the birch tree. It is rich in minerals and amino acids, antioxidant, and salinizing.

✅ Fermented rice (sake) - antioxidant, soothes and moisturizes the skin, and brightens it. Fourth on the list.

✅ Fermented Aspergillus - in fifth place on the list, another excellent fermented ingredient. It is an antioxidant, can lighten the skin, and strengthens the skin barrier.

✅ Green tea - antioxidant, soothes and reduces redness, and balances the sebum production.

My skin is dry, I've tried quite a few moisturizing toners, and I can say that this is probably the best moisturizing toner I've tried, without exaggeration. It gives an excellent moisture boost and I like to start the routine with it. At the same time, it is not heavy at all and is absorbed in a second, so I think it will be suitable for all skin types.

I have been using it for the past two months at the same time as another moisturizing toner that is somewhat similar to it in terms of ingredients. I liked them both, but he worked better for me.

The main disadvantage is that it is not cheap at all, but in my opinion it is really worth it.
