First of all I want us to spend a moment on this mesmerizing color๐ Ok, now we can continue.๐
Usually I'm less fond of colors, fragrance, design, and basically everything that doesn't really give benefits to the skin, but here the case is a little different to me.
These are strips that are placed under the eyes like a temporary mask, and taken off after a few minutes. I feel that this is a product intended more for fun, to give some kind of temporary effect of moisture. Like a mask that I will only use when I feel like pampering myself, and not a regular step in my skin care routine (but there is no objection to using it regularly if you want).
These wipes contain a combination of good and less good ingredients:
- 7 types of peptides (that's a lot!) - they have different benefits. They can help to moisturize, to strengthen the skin barrier, and also for antiaging and wrinkle treatment.
- Glycerin - to moisturize.
- Seaweed extract - to moisturize.
- Collagen- contrary to the myth, it does not treat wrinkles, because it does not penetrate the skin, but it is still a good moisturizer.
- Rose extract - I didn't find any benefits, I assume it's there for the smell.
- Gold- there are no significant advantages, it can even irritate some people, and it is not a cheap ingredient.
- Q10- antioxidant.
- Allantoin.
- fragrance-free, essential oils, or alcohol.
From my experience, they are refreshing and give a result in the short term of more moist skin in the area under the eyes. I wouldn't rely on them for anything more than moisturizing and pampering, especially not in regular use.
They don't last so well on the eyes for a long time, they tend to slip after a few minutes, so if you're like me walking around the house with them on, you'll know you'll have to pick them up from time to time๐
There are 30 pairs in the package, and I ordered from Beauty Bay.
The brand is cruelty-free ๐ฐโค๏ธ
