The entire Kamedis green series is dedicated to acne, which as you probably know is a topic close to my heart๐
I have reviews on some of the products here since 2022! And it's time to renew the reviews and talk about the entire series. I tried and mostly liked the soap and the spot treatment. I didn't get to try the toner.
The series is based on salicylic acid, which is an acid from the beta hydroxy family (BHA). It dissolves in oil, penetrates deep into the pores and cleans them, and helps in shedding dead skin and chemical peeling. Thanks to these properties, it is very effective in treating acne, cleaning oily skin, preventing blackheads or whiteheads, and keratosis pilaris ("strawberry skin").
Another prominent ingredient of the series is portuloca extract - a plant from Kuriran medicine that is anti-inflammatory. It is used to treat irritated skin and infections, and it can reduce redness from acne.
My favorite product from the series is the soap, from which I saw results without drying the skin. It reduced the appearance of the milky lines in my nose, and helped the keratosis pilaris in the body. It was gentle and did not irritate the skin at all.
I also really liked the spot treatment, which can soothe even hard and red pimples. It has a gel texture that hardens on the skin, and is brown in color, so it is not suitable for day-to-day use and can be used as a night treatment.
The moisturizing gel was not drying at all, but for some reason I saw less results from it than the soap (it's probably individual and something different will work for everyone ๐).
In conclusion, this is a series that I will recommend to those who have skin with mild-moderate acne, a tendency to black/white skin, oily skin, sensitive skin. If you have severe acne, it is recommended to see a dermatologist โ๏ธ ๐ง
