Kamedis BIO BALANCE Collection

I've been digging the Kamedis Bio Balance series for a while now, but until now I haven't done a full review of it properly, so let's talk about it.

The series has a serum, cream, and face soap. It is intended for sensitive skin and its purpose is to strengthen our skin barrier, restore irritated skin, and reduce redness.

What is a skin barrier anyway?

Our skin has an outer protective layer, whose role is to maintain moisture and prevent the penetration of harmful factors such as bacteria, pollutants and irritants. Strong active ingredients, exposure to the sun, certain treatments, medications, and other factors can damage the skin barrier. When the skin barrier is damaged, the skin loses more water, becomes drier, more sensitive and irritated, and redness, burning, peeling and pimples may appear.

The soap is a face soap with a gel texture, very gentle and does not dry the skin. Will be very suitable for sensitive or dry skin.

The serum is a serum with a milky texture, not watery but not heavy at all. I like to use it as the first step in the sandwich method. For oily skin, in my opinion, it will also be suitable as a moisturizer.

The cream is a rich and thick cream that will be suitable for dry skin for the night, or for rescue cases of dried skin for all skin types. This is one of my favorite products that always soothes my skin and makes it feel good. And believe me, if I say that this is one of my favorite products, it means a lot because at this point I've tried hundreds 😂 If I have to recommend only one product from the series - it's Defantali Cream 😍

✅ Extract from the bark of the shin tree - an extract from a tree originating in China. It is anti-inflammatory, can soothe redness and irritation. It is also antibacterial - can help pimples. And it is also an antioxidant and fights against the damage of free radicals.

✅ Sanguisorba extract - a plant that grows in Asia and Europe. Similar to the tooth tree, it is also anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant, and can help with irritations and redness.

✅ Sculteria - a plant extract from Chinese medicine that is anti-bacterial, can soothe the skin, and is also an antioxidant.

✅ Shea butter - for moisturizing and softening, also contains antioxidants.

✅ hyaluronic acid, squalane, glycerin and panthenol - classic ingredients for moisturizing, soothing and softening.

✅ Niacinamide - a favorite and popular ingredient that can help with a variety of skin problems such as: balancing sebum production, lightening spots, strengthening the skin barrier, reducing redness and even treating acne.

✅ Zinc - a soothing and anti-acne ingredient.

✅ Licorice - anti-inflammatory, soothes redness.

✅ Bisvolol - the active ingredient in chamomile, soothes and restores the skin.

✅ fragrance-free, drying alcohol or essential oils.

In conclusion, I have been recommending this series warmly for almost a year now, and the more I use it, the more I enjoy recommending it. Kamedis specializes in everything related to skin barrier, so it is not surprising that this series is also successful. This may be their most expensive series, but from my experience with it it is worth it.
