Haruharu Wonder - Black Bamboo Daily Smoothing Body Oil

Recently I entered deeply into the field of body care, and I had to try Korean body care as well. I thought to myself, if they are so good at facial care, why wouldn't they be great at body care? And it's really like that.

This oil really pleasantly surprised me and I loved it from the first moment. Its texture is surprising - it starts as a light lotion, and on the body it turns into an oil that is easily absorbed, leaving glowing, smooth and pleasant skin. It has a smell that is difficult for me to define, but it is overall a pleasant and delicate smell.

In terms of ingredients, it contains:

✅ Glycerin - a classic moisturizing ingredient.

✅ Sunflower oil, argan oil, tamano oil and almond oil - vegetable oils that soften the skin and contain important fatty acids.

✅ Urea - a ingredient found in our body naturally (yes, also in urine, don't panic! 😂). It is considered one of the best moisturizers. It can help soften dry and rough skin and improve skin texture. It is also very common in the treatment of keratosis pilaris ("strawberry skin") for the reason that in higher concentrations it also acts as a keratolytic ingredient - that is, it helps to soften and release the accumulation of dead skin cells. At the same time, we do not know the exact concentration.

✅ Mandelic acid - an acid from the AHA family that can help with texture, uneven tone and removal of dead cells. Here too we do not know the exact concentration.

✅ squalane - a ingredient that mimics part of the skin's natural sebum, softens and helps maintain a healthy skin barrier.

✅ Bamboo water and bamboo extracts - plant ingredients that can contribute to relaxation and antioxidants.

⚠️ Perfumes - I don't think it's bad at all in a product intended for the body, but if you suffer from sensitive skin on your body, eczema, or other problems - pay attention to this.

All in all, this is a very successful product, especially for those who have dry skin on their body but do not like products that are too heavy. I really liked it and I'm almost done with it.
