e.l.f. Primer

I've seen this product running all over the web at the best makeup artists for over a year, and in the end I fell for it too 😂

Honestly, I was sure all along that it was make-up, but it turns out that it wasn't really.

It's more like a primer with a little tint whose purpose is to give glow and a shiny and healthy look to the skin. It has no coverage so it's not makeup, but still has a very nice range of 12 shades. I guessed that I was shade 3 (light-medium) and luckily I got a stamp.

I like to apply it first after skincare, and with my fingers. It spreads really easily. It does deliver on the promise and gives a base of perfect glow. I was even asked what I did that my skin is so glowing 😯

In terms of ingredients - usually my expectations are very low from ingredients in makeup products, and it's nice to see that there are some additional benefits for the skin as well:

✅ hyaluronic acid - to moisturize.

✅ Calendula extract - soothing and antioxidant.

✅ squalane - to moisturize and soften.

✅ fragrance-free or essential oils (rare in makeup products).
