Clean Skin Club Zinc-Ion Pillowcase

Anyone who has dealt with acne all their life will know how to tell you that the hygiene of the pillowcases is super important!

The bacteria that accumulate in the pillowcase and pillowcase can make acne and breakouts worse, so it's important to change pillowcases as often as possible, especially if you have a tendency to acne.

The Clean Skin pillowcase is a pillowcase especially for this. It is coated with silver ions, an antibacterial ingredient, which prevents the accumulation of bacteria in the pillow.

I'll admit that I was skeptical about it before, because I thought it was a gimmick not scientifically proven, but recently I found out that it is actually scientifically proven, and it helped me personally.

I usually change my pillowcase every few days, and if I'm lazy to do it I get the consequences later in the form of a nice acne breakout 😂

For the purpose of the experiment, I started with the Clean Skin pillowcase for a week without changing it, then without meaning to I continued for another week because I got sick and didn't have the strength to change it. Two whole weeks, half of which I was sick, and I didn't get a single pimple! I was really pleasantly surprised.

Then I bought 2 more pillowcases in different colors, and I changed between them and normal pillowcases several times, and I noticed that I have a lot more pimples when I have a normal pillowcase. So it totally works.

In terms of texture, it's a cotton texture. I usually prefer the satin because they are smoother, less drying to the skin and also prevent frizz in hair. So I'm currently constantly debating between the pillowcase that will reduce my breakouts and the pillowcase that will reduce dryness and frizz 😣 a tough competition.

I know there are other competing expectations, but they are significantly more expensive. The Clean Skin pillowcase costs about NIS 65 at iHerb currently.

All in all, I totally recommend it if you have acne prone skin.
