If you like the tanned look but want to protect your skin - artificial tanners are the thing!

Artificial tans give a temporary color that can last for a week or two and really look like a tan to anything, only without the part of frying in the sun 😉

Bondi Sands released a new series of foam tanners in 4 different shades that should suit different skin tones. They have a matching questionnaire on the website, and I got the purple (magenta).

All artificial tanners contain the ingredient Dihydroxyacetone, or DHA for short. This is the ingredient that makes the effect of the artificial tan.

Besides this ingredient, the suntan also contains hydrating ingredients such as aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and panthenol. It also contains color ingredients that give temporary color. fragrance-free, drying alcohol, or essential oils.

So how do you use?

I recommend first using peeling in the thick areas of the body to remove dead skin. This helps the color to take hold better and more evenly afterwards.

Use a glove! And there is no need to buy the expensive ones. The cheap Aliexpress ones work great.

Ask for help to get to the back 🙂

Let the product soak in for a few minutes before you get dressed. It can stain if it doesn't absorb well (but even if it does it comes off in the wash, from experience).

You can also apply it on the face and even make a contour with it.

the product can be a little drying, so be sure to use a moisturizer.

After a week - 10 days the product will start to decrease gradually and you can renew again 🙂

Something important to know is that the initial color that comes out, i.e. from the first application, is not the color you will have afterwards. This is a color added to simulate the result so we can see how we applied and if we didn't miss places. DHA takes some time to work.

I really got addicted to it. It looks simply good and natural, not orange, easy to use, lasts a long time and goes down gradually, and most importantly - without harming the skin!☀️
