Bondi Sands released another new sunscreen for the Hydra series, and after reviewing the first 3, it's time to check out the new one as well.
It is a chemical sunscreen, a combination of old generation (4) and new generation (2) filters. On the one hand, it sucks that most of the formula is an old generation (which is very unstable and prone to irritation), on the other hand, it's an Australian sunscreen and Australians have very high standards for sunscreens.
Beyond the protective ingredients, it does not contain special ingredients and is fragrance-free, drying alcohol or essential oils.
Its texture is a light gel and it is quite similar in my opinion to their cream from the same series in Pump. Maybe a little lighter.
When I applied it to my face for the first time, it burned my eyes a lot, which never happened with the other creams in the series. After a while I was brave and tried again on the face and it didn't burn, so I'm not sure what happened the first time.
In the bottom line, I like the other sunscreens from this series better and I was less attached to it than the rest.
It gives a shiny look so matte lovers will probably be less attached to it.
Please note that it is not water resistant so do not enter the sea / pool with it.
You can order it at ASOS, Look Fantastic, Cult Beauty and Sephora.
The brand is cruelty-free 🐰❤️
