Honestly, I reviewed this sunscreen a few years ago, and since then they managed to take it out and return it to iHerb and I already forgot what it really is like. I remember that I liked it, but in the past my standard for sunscreens was low (before I met the amazing Koreans), so I decided to try again and remember.
For those who don't know, Australians are the strictest when it comes to sun protection. They perform several tests, including water resistance tests, so they are the most reliable and are also a good choice for days of strong radiation that need something durable (sea, pool, outdoor sports, trips...).
This sunscreen is a mixed sunscreen that is mostly mineral. It contains a combination of zinc, titanium, and an old generation chemical filter. It is SPF50+, has 5 stars for UVA, and is water resistant.
Beyond the filters, it doesn't have any particularly interesting ingredients, it's pretty standard. It does not contain fragrance / essential oils / alcohol.
In terms of experience: it does leave a little white because of the mineral filters, and even purple. especially after reapplication. I was less attached to it on my face on a daily basis, and I felt that I needed some BB cream to neutralize the color. It's also a bit greasy and sticky (something that happens with water-resistant sunscreens usually). I actually felt more comfortable with the body.
In my opinion, it's less sunscreen for everyday use and really more for cases where you need a water-resistant sunscreen. I think I'll save it for occasions like this.
The bottle looks small, but there is a total of 150 ml, which is 3 times that of a standard sunscreen, so the price is really worth it.
Another cool thing about the bottle - it changes color! When brought close to the sun it turns purple. This is super cool to me. If you want I will upload a video about it.
