Arugot Facial Cleanser

Facial soap for dry or mature skin from the Israeli company Argot. The soap does not dry out the skin and still cleans it well, which is great for my skin that tends to be dry, especially in winter. It does not contain alcohol, perfume or essential oils.

Among the ingredients: aloe vera, glycerin, jojoba oil, olive oil.

It has a strong smell that I personally didn't really connect to, and it probably comes from the plant extracts in the soap (which I understand have a very low potential for irritation). According to the description on the website it smells like roses, to me it didn't smell like roses, but maybe something went wrong with my sense of smell 🙄

Besides the smell, I also don't like the branding of the soap as "antiaging". I don't think there can be a soap that is antiaging, because soap washes off quickly and the substances are not enough to penetrate the skin and make some kind of change.

All in all - it's a pretty good soap, not drying, and does the job 👏
